The
Magnolia Cottage offers guests complete privacy in a
cozy turn-of-the-century urban cottage in Old Louisville. Business
travelers enjoy having a place to meet with clients, host a meeting or to work
quietly on that big project.
The Magnolia Cottage has a classic floor plan of a living room,
bedroom, dining room, kitchen and bath. This 750 square
foot cottage sleeps four when the sleeper sofa is used. Original art is
featured throughout the Cottage.
 The living room features a ten-foot ceiling, ceiling fan, decorative
fireplace with candles, sleeper sofa, additional seating and a 25" color TV
with cable and remote. There is storage for sofa sleeper linens and
guests' personal items.
 The bedroom includes a ten-foot ceiling, queen-sized bed and oversized
closet, along with custom bed linens and window treatment.
 The dining room provides seating for four at an oak table with ladder back
chairs
accented by hand carvings. There is additional storage for
dishes and small appliances.
 The modern kitchen includes a full sized gas stove, refrigerator with
icemaker, dishwasher and microwave. Kitchen equipment includes a
blender, coffeemaker, hand mixer, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, flatware and
glassware.
The cottage has a modern bath. It also offers a full
sized washer and dryer, iron and
ironing board.

| A 50% deposit (full amount on a one night stay) confirms
your reservation. In non-peak weeks, the cancellation period is 48 hours
for nightly rentals. During peak weeks the cancellation period is
longer. Your deposit will be refunded if a
cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to your arrival. No
shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. |
